Really nice, cute apartment just steps from the beach. Only complaint is that the listing says there is a free parking spot included with the rental which we filtered our results for because we have small kids. Having to park and walk five blocks with three kids and all the bags wasn’t that fun. I did realize this after we booked and before we arrived by reading further down the reviews and decided to keep the rental since the price is very affordable. But just know that there is no parking space and you will have to walk several blocks to find free overnight street parking or a parking garage that costs about €14. And we are in the off season. Otherwise, the place was spotless and very conveniently located. The water is a bit temperamental and hard to get to the right temperature and will go to scolding hot in seconds with no warning. So set the water in the shower before you get in. That’s all. Great stay and we may be back if we return in the off season again.

We stayed one night at Joao's apartment, which is located in a small alley of Nazaré, just a few steps away from the beach. Check-in was easy and the communication with Joao was good as well. The place was very clean and we had all we needed for our short stay. We would definitely stay here again.
