This is an outstanding place to stay. Maica, Mary & Kalvin set a new standard for what hospitality looks like. A few days before my arrival date, they added me to a group chat with the property managers. They checked in frequently. When my laptop charger broke, they went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get a new one while in a foreign country before my flight the next day! It was very impressive and extremely helpful. It felt like all the benefits of staying at a really nice hotel with a 5 star concierge combined with the homey comfort of an AirBnB. I had not realized just how good a location this is until after I arrived. It's a 5-7 min walk from multiple metro stops. This was outstanding and made it absolutely trivial to get anywhere I wanted to go--even weird places like the zoo which was quite far outside the city. I'd highly recommend staying here. If I'm ever back in Singapore, I'd happily stay with them again.

I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay, the location was amazingly beautiful and so convenient. The host team were remarkably friendly and welcoming and also there whenever you needed them. Big thanks to Maica, Mary & Nina for your hospitality, I’ll definitely recommend Heritage to anyone travelling to Singapore.
