Great place for our large group. Loved that the courtyard was in the middle for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen space for cooking and plenty of restrooms. Shane was extremely kind and responsive. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. Plenty of private and street parking. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend for big groups.

This was our second time staying at this property during festival season. It was perfect for our group and Shane was very responsive and helpful in the day(s) leading up to check in. Would definitely recommend!

We came here to celebrate our wedding with a big group & it was perfect! They went above and beyond and answered a laundry list of questions prior to the trip and were so response with any thing we needed during our stay. The house is decorated like a mid century dream. Everyone had their own space. Plenty of parking. Great location 10 outta 10. Thank you for the amazing weekend!!!
