Davids place was perfect for our spring skiing trip to Mammoth. He sent links so the gps could find the garage entrance perfectly, and offered his help several times although we didn't run into any need to ask for it. The place was super clean with lots of towels and a really good mattress. Wifi was high speed. The place was just as described. I'd recommend it.

This was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at! The place was spotless, has a cozy vibe and a very comfortable bed! David’s place definitely set the bar high for mammoth lakes accommodations. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. Will be rebooking his place for future trips ☺️

Really appreciated David's clear instructions and responsiveness. Fully stocked kitchen and new pots, TONS of bathroom towels. Also appreciated all the soap, shampoo (& tissues!) provided, and many hooks for our winter clothes. It is very small and "barebones" but for a family of 4 provided just what we need for 2 days of skiing. We had some trouble with the pellet furnace (takes a LOT of patience to get it started) but the linens were so warm we didn't need to use it both nights. The bunk bed is in the dining area as the photos show--which is not ideal, but it was not a problem for us. The condo is in need of renovations throughout (kitchen, bathroom & out-of-date furniture), so we can't justify 5 stars. Note, if you're walking to Eagle Lodge and renting your gear there, it's a GREAT set up (they offer free ski check!). If bringing your own gear, it's still a doable walk but would be difficult for children. Overall, we're grateful to have found this apt for our last min ski trip!
