Beautiful and peaceful location. I could see and often hear the ocean waves breaking around Point Lobos from the deck. Seema is very professional and friendly, responsive too.

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay in Carmel. Location to the town was great and the Air BnB that Seema provided met our expectations and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. Instructions to get in were a tad confusing and parking was a challenge. Otherwise, it was a solid location to stay for a short weekend.

Seema was a wonderful host and replied quickly, was friendly and accommodating. Room & bathroom were clean. She provided a coffee stand with instant coffee, creamer, sugars and tea. Everything was within a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Seema’s place was fabulous! Not only was the view beautiful and location was great for Carmel, but we also felt safe and right at home. We did a quick load of laundry and they had everything right there for us. Seema was also so kind to leave us cold waters and a lovely bottle of wine! We hope to be back sometime!

We had a wonderful time. Private spacious room and bathroom. Beautiful view of trees and ocean. 5 minutes from town. Seema was a great host. I recommend staying here. We will be back every time we visit Carmel.
