Very nice 1 bedroom, 1 bath , ground floor condo located on Brigantine Bay. The condo has recently been completely rebuilt after Hurricane Dorian in 2019. The last phase was the installation of new docks. Everything in the condo has been replaced with new. The new kitchen, living and dining area facing Brigantine Bay. Close to Treasure Cay Beach. Heated pool! We are only offering 1 bedroom of the condo and keeping the back room locked for our storage of personal items. Max. of 2 guests. There is bed room with queen bed and one bathroom with shower. 16 feet of glass doors face Brigantine Bay and the dock. The dock will accommodate most boats up to 36' .

Alan’s place was clean and comfortable. We moored our boat up at the assigned dock right in front of the sliding glass door and porch. There is a deep freezer and nice bbq to use which really helps when stocking up on ice or storing your catch. I highly recommend jumping on this place if available.
Alan was very helpful and responsive. The condo was beautiful and spotless. The bed was so comfortable! It was great having the dock right outside the condo and it was perfect for our 32 foot boat. The landscaping was so pretty. Neighbors were super friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely book again!
Alan's place was a treat to say the least! An absolute gem in an incredible location. The pool is such a relief after being on the water and the dock with fresh water as well is a huge benefit to boaters. We thuroughly enjoyed our stay and do plan to visit again!
2117 Atlantis has been renovated perfectly. Appliances, bathrooms, impact windows, etc.,are first class. The apartment is well located 5 blocks away from the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Would like the TV to be more friendly to use. We were not able to watch TV. We loved our stayed. We definitely will rent this apartment again and again.
Loved Alan's place! Super clean, everything was brand new. Manulethea, the caretaker, was amazing. She picked us up from the airport and took us to several stops so we could get our provisions for our time there. Had a great time in Treasure Cay, not our first visit, but our first since Dorian. It was a shock to see how different it looked but Atlantis was in beautiful shape. It was very convenient to have our dock slip just steps from our condo. The beaches and water were as spectacular as they were before the storm. Met many friendly people and were as busy as we wanted to be. Wilson, from Treasure Cay boat Rentals, was very accommodating and professional.And of course it was such a pleasure to see Florence again and eat her wonderful cooking. Cash's Carts hooked us up with a golf cart. We highly recommend this place to stay!

It's a 5 min walk to beautiful Treasure Cay Beach and located directly on

Golf cart rental and taxis are available in Treasure Cay.
