Benjamin's place is great - it is super clean and looks like the photos and description. Food options start two doors away and it's just a few minutes walk to the start of the town centre 'proper'. It is on the main road through town so there is some road noise at the front of the property, but we got used to it after a couple of nights. Any questions we had were answered within minutes, which was great. The roof-top pool (there is shade) is a great amenity!

Poorly stocked kitchen, long list of missing supplies. Not as described in listing. No instructions for oven, no butane lighter, broken dishwasher took 2 weeks to fix, no night table/s in 2nd bedroom, no bath mats, queen size sheets for double beds made sleeping uncomfortable, no how-to instructions for anything. Poor communication from Javier and Benjamin. No apologies for all the oversights. Kudos to Ignacio who was the only helpful co-host! And a huge shoutout to Juvenal, the building maintenance guy who helped us in so many ways and answered questions that our hosts did not and keeps the building and pool spotless. "Rare street parking" was a bit misleading. Sometimes there was a spot; sometimes not, but Juvenal let us park inside the building with a security gate in a spot that was unoccupied. Benjamin our condo owner/host chooses to park his Toyota truck in his condo spot instead of offering it to his guests. I understand that is his choice, but it seems a bit cheesy.

Everything was as promised! The condo was super clean. The kitchen was huge! So great to have a washer dryer in the unit! They were kind enough to stock us with some bathroom amenities too. This location is walkable to town, and very close to everything. It was very secure (gates) and the pool on the roof was very peaceful... great condo & great hosts, and we will be returning!! 🇲🇽🫶🏻

We loved staying at Benjamin's place, and we would return. The location is great - a 5 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, in a quiet area of town. We wouldn't have stayed downtown where it can be very noisy at night near the bars. Benjamin's place is in a very new building so everything is new and modern. We were 4 people with 2 university-age kids, and we really appreciated having 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Having a full kitchen made it easy to make our own breakfasts. The rooftop pool was great - especially on our last day after checkout - you can bring your bags up there and hang out by the pool until it's time to go.
