We stayed in this peaceful house for the weekend of the total eclipse. It could not have been better for eclipse viewing! The house sits in a quiet neighborhood, out of the way of all crowds, with a nice flat lawn & lots of sky. A still-vacant grass plot across the street overlooks a little river, perfect for sitting on the hillside with your coffee. / Inside is spotless, quietly decorated & comfortable. The beds have big soft comforters with plenty of extras. The kitchen is very pleasant. Best, the living area actually has two sofas (hard to tell in the photos). Both are long enough to sleep on, or you can fold out the double sofabed. Note to sleepers: sunlight does enter the room after dawn, slightly filtered by blinds. If you need real dark, bring your eye shades. / The vacant lawn with the river overlook may be developed by the time you get there. But you'll still enjoy the peace & quiet, nearby shopping, & convenience to Buffalo & points north. (Oh, & you can bring your dog!)

I stay at AIRBNB’s all the time and this was one of our favorite. The apartment was very clean , very comfortable with TV’s in both bedrooms. Also , Sajjad’s communications were exceptional and the check in process was very simple . Finally , the area was terrific for restaurants , movies , malls , etc. We enjoyed our stay so much , I just booked again in June .
