Located in beautiful downtown Danville. Convenient location to local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries...One street away from the River Walk. Beautiful condo, well decorated and very clean..

The Vantage Art Flats are a nice, cozy retreat in the heart of downtown Danville. This unit has an awesome back porch with moveable shutters to keep rain out or let sun in. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The washer and dryer are a smaller size, but having that in-unit amenity is always nice to have.
Jeff was very accommodating from beginning to end! Made everything easy! We needed to extend and our specific room was already booked so he let us stay in an upgrade!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful air b and b! Unfortunately it wasn’t for vacation but instead because we didn’t have power in our house for two weeks. Nonetheless, Jeff made our stay feel effortless and right at home. If we needed anything he was right there to meet our needs and was an exceptional host. The condo was absolutely gorgeous with the modern artwork and felt very spacious with the tall ceilings. I told my husband maybe it wasn’t so bad being without power after all 😆. Lastly, we greatly appreciated the fact we could bring our two doggie boys with us who also loved the spaciousness (not to mention the very large porch). Next time we will have to stay for vacation instead of during a work week! Thanks again for making a stressful time not so stressful!

Danville's River District is full of historic adaptive reuse buildings holding apartments, restaurants, coffee shops and other venues for entertainment within a 8 block radius. There is a steady bustle of car and foot traffic throughout the day and evening creating a safe environment for pedestrians and bicycles alike. Multiple green spaces and trailhead access for the Danville Riverwalk Trail are within minutes of our building. Our recently renovated Danville Science Center contains exhibits and other activities geared towards youth and is two blocks away. Travelers by train will find our location a short few minute walk away from Vantage.
A loading/unloading zone is located directly in front of the courtyard greeting guests. Free, unrestricted street parking is available immediately in front of the Vantage Art Flats building and along all nearby streets. Free parking across the street in the Community Market parking lot is available as well (1 min. walk). First come first serve parking is available in the parking lot behind the Vantage Art Flats. Many River District activities can easily be accessed by foot, bike or car.
