Incredibly clean, brilliant location and fantastic value for money! The area is very peaceful and you have all of the essential businesses on your doorstep while still only being a 40 minute train ride away from Southern Cross station, couldn't ask for better!

We’ve wholeheartedly enjoyed our one month stay here, the whole place including the bathroom is spotlessly clean, and we even received Christmas gifts which were secretly placed in front of our door the previous night which was just heartwarming. Recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

completely satisfied, Ryan is everything and more. I arrived with X2 bottles of water waiting, Ryan also purchased quality toothpaste and toothbrush both in boxes ready... I can go on and on. his home is close to everything and it's so clean, perfect place to rest in peace. thanks Ryan
