This charming winegrower's house was once the village priory. It is spread over 3 floors and has 3 bedrooms and a large living room. Its ideal location in the heart of the old village of Hauterive, 10 minutes from Neuchâtel, will allow you to easily discover our beautiful region. On your arrival, we will give you a Neuchâtel Tourist Card which will allow you to travel free of charge by public transport in our canton during your stay. The house is spread over 3 floors. The first floor has a large living room and a fully equipped closed kitchen. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is located in the corridor. A large bedroom with a double bed is located on the 2nd floor. This room has a nice bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. On the top floor you will find 2 bedrooms in a row. The first one has a French bed of 140x200 cm. The second bedroom has a single bed of 80x200cm. On the ground floor there is a garage available for our guests as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A parking space is also available in front of the garage.

Gilles' place was great! A lot of space and very quiet. The one issue (for me anyways) was the great bakery just outside the door! 😁 absolutely great pastries!

Large property plenty of space for family especially in living area. Bakery just a few steps away so useful for breakfast but otherwise few amenities in the village. Property quite dusty in need of a deep clean. Bedding and towels quite old and past their best but place comfortable and warm.

This is a wonderful home. Its very close to the grocery, a boulangerie, bus stop and walking distance to some very spectacular views. Neuchatel is a very beautiful city. Gilles is an extremely responsive host and a wonderful person. We stayed for a month with our children and we would unhesitatatingly recommend this place to everyone that plans on visiting this area.

Gilles had a very cool home adjacent to the lake. The home had all the amenities including garage and laundry room. It was well furnished with plenty of space and nice amenities. Gilles was also very proactive with helpful suggestions of things to see and transportation options. I would definitely stay here again.

You can easily get around by public transport from our house. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house. The bus n°107 takes you in 10 minutes to the train station of Neuchâtel and in 15 minutes to the city centre of Neuchâtel. Moreover, by staying with us, you will benefit from free public transport in the canton from your check-in at the house until your departure at midnight.
If you are travelling by car, a parking space and a garage are at your disposal.
