This was our first airbnb experience and we are glad it was at La Iris with Johnny and Kate as our hosts. The place looked exactly as described, was very clean, cozy, and everything we needed for our stay. Being so close to DTSP is a huge plus, so much to do and so many great restaurants, the St Pete Pier and so much more. Highly recommend staying at this location and with this host. We will be back!!

My son and I were in St Pete’s for a swim meet - this could not have been a better spot for us to stay. The house was so well done, so stylish, super clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, washer and dryer came in very handy, the bed was a really nice sleep after a long day, and the kitchen was really well appointed allowing to us make great breakfasts and a couple of dinners during our stay. We both loved coming back to this little bungalow after a long day at the meet. I can’t say enough positive about this sweet spot.

Loved it here so much I booked an additional night!! Very clean and quiet! Felt extremely safe as a solo traveler! My only personal complaint No ice maker. Not a big deal at all! I just stopped at Chick-fil-A and bought a bag of ice! For sanitation purposes, it makes sense! If you love ice like I do just stop and pick up a bag of ice!!

Charming place and very clean space! We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Johnny was fantastic with communication and ensuring our check-in went smoothly. Highly recommend!
