I spent 4 days at Burak’s place and I highly recommend it. The photos are accurate, the location is great, very close to touristic attractions, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, the toilet was spotless, and the highlight of the place is the amazing view from the balcony. Burak was very responsive and helpful and the check in and out was very easy. Thank you Burak!

Burak bey gerçekten de çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Rezervasyonu yaptırdığımız andan, çıkışımıza kadar bizle olan iletişimi ve insanlığı takdire şayan. Evde eksik olan nevresim ve yastık ihtiyacımızı temin etmek için gece kalkıp geldi. Kendisi gerçekten çok beyefendi ve saygılı. Ev çok temiz. Beklentimizin çok çok üstünde bir ev gördük. 1 yaşında bebeğimiz için beşik ve mama sandalyesi ayarlanmıştı; geldiğimizde herşeyi eksizsiz hazır gördük. Tüm eşyalar yeni. Tüm elektronik eşyalar kusursuz çalışıyor. Özellikle çamaşır makinesi olması bebekli/çocuklu aileler için çok büyük kurtarıcı. Bu güzel eve kıyamadık, gözümüz gibi bakıp herşeyi temiz ve dikkatli kullanmaya çok büyük gayret gösterdik. İstanbul'daki tek adresimiz artık bu ev olacak. Rezidansın güvenlikli ve kameralı oluşu kendimizi çok güvende hissettirdi. Otopark sorunu yok, ücretsiz şekilde sitenin otoparkına park ettik. Lokasyon çok merkezi. Arabayla taksime gitmek sanırım 3 dakika sürdü :) Her anlamda herşeyiyle mükemmeldi

The apartment is beautiful. It is spacious and modern in a secure building. The gym and pool facilities are great. I really liked the apartment. It is not far from Taksim Square though it is a bit of a walk uphill to get there. The nearest metro is Taksim Square. The only thing to flag is that it overlooks a main highway so it can be quite noisy. I would say the area probably suits people who are in Istanbul on business or have a car as there is parking in the building which is awesome. As a tourist, it is a little bit further away from the main attractions so you'll likely need to use taxis to get to them. One last thing, there is a market on a Sunday over the street in the streets that lead to Taksim Square. Is a great place to get fresh produce and other bits and pieces. Overall this is a great accommodation option and I would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Burak.

good price for perfect house.clean and tidy.he brought us basic needs ,fruits,cookies,water 2 a week(👍)peaceful building.Easy to get famous places.close to metro.welcoming staff.

Great stay, everything was perfect, with a beautiful view over part of Istanbul. The only small "negative point" is the metro which is not very close but otherwise great! I recommend this accommodation if you want to visit Istanbul, Burak is very helpful 😁
