We are so lucky to have found this RV site for our first month long trip! Captain Mike always responded very fast. The fence worked perfectly for our dogs while easily coming down to move the RV in and out. The area is peaceful, quiet, and safe. There’s a nice walking path on the main rd. Screened porch was wonderful spot to drink coffee each morning. We took drives to Tallahassee, Gainesville, Cedar Key (huge hit!), Manatee Springs, and Wakulla Springs. Walmart in Perry about 30min from site for supplies. We ran to Steinhatchee (20min) many times and esp enjoyed Kathi’s Krab Shack and Maddie’s Market for groceries. We would recommend Captain Mike and this location to anyone looking for a great RV set up in a relaxing location. More technical comments - 30amp/50amp and axillary at the post. Sewer hookup with sewer grinder (empty the black tank in batches). Power/lights in the screened porch. Bring effective bug repellent. Starlink worked great, Verizon had good signal.
