This guesthouse by Karin in Los Gatos was perfect in every way! Our stay there exceeded our expectations and the pictures and description were totally accurate. My husband and I were in the area visiting our son. The location was perfect and easy to get to. The space felt like home as soon as we arrived. It was private and the outdoor setting was breathtaking and so relaxing. Attention to all the details--the amenities were spot-on and the cottage super clean throughout. Karin was super responsive and welcoming. We loved that Karin provided a guest handbook with easy instructions so we knew how to work HVAC, TV's, etc. We wished we could've spent more time there and we hope to return!

Karin’s place was amazing. Inside was clean, comfortable, and laid out great. The new appliances in the kitchen were spotless and immaculate. The outdoors were beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. Will definitely look to stay here with my family again.

The cottage was comfortable, cute, sparklingly clean, and very well appointed, with clean soft linens and lots of cozy blankets. It’s in a quiet spot up in the hills in the charming town of Los Gatos; perfect if you want to be in a serene natural setting close to San Jose. Our favorite thing about this rental was the garden and the view. The guest cottage is in a lovely garden-like setting and has a beautiful patio that overlooks a valley. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming, and checking in and out was easy. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great place with nice outdoor seating areas. We went in winter and would recommend bringing indoor slippers as the floor was cool. We would go again.
