Very accommodating and responsive host. Beds are not very comfy and could use some more blankets and pillows, but you really can't complain at the price. The long term guest there was very nice and helpful. The yard was beautiful. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. There was someone else who was pretty loud early in the AM maybe 4 am, talking in their room and going back and forth from the bathroom shutting the doors loud and definitely not being considerate of the sleeping upstairs, but that has nothing to do with the host. Maybe a little reminder sign in each room to whisper at night or to not slam doors would be helpful since we are all side by side upstairs. Otherwise would stay again.

A lovely place to stay in a suburban neighborhood. There is plenty of space for car parking, and a large supermarket and some other stores and fast-food places are just three-quarters of a mile away.

A lovely house in a quiet suburban area. A large Tom Thumb supermarket is three quarters of a mile away. The house is a mix of Airbnb-ers and long-term residents. There are towels and toiletries and all the kitchen utensils and appliances you could need. And it’s a great place from which to view an eclipse!

Great stay, great host, always a go to when I come to Texas, love the trip, loved the stay honestly felt at home and didn’t want to leave, everything was amazing 1,000,000,000,000/10
