Condominio Amarú del Pacífico is a modern, gated community with 24-hour security. Every home in the property has underground services, including electricity and optical fiber for Cable TV and Internet, to keep the beauty of the area and the properties. Only guests in the access control list can enter the property. You share the walking trail along the fence, property sidewalks, and Community Center with other residents. But, you can reserve in advance the clubhouse, larger swimming pool, and BBQ area for exclusive use (through me) for a company or family event.

Our home is just a short drive away from all the beaches, natural preserves, adventures, attractions, restaurants, and markets in the Tarcoles and Jaco regions on the Central Pacific Coast. A vehicle will help you get around more conveniently to visit attractions and beaches, dine, or purchase food. You can walk 5 minutes to the “pulpería” (a small convenience store) at the beginning of Calle Vieja to get any essential items or walk 30 minutes to reach Playa Mantas. You could use bicycles to move around. But the area is not flat, grovelly in some places, has no bike lane on the main road, and has many challenging inclines the casual biker might not be ready for.
