The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The internet speed is about 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, which we found adequate for remote work. A shared terrace is located just above the apartment, within reach of the Wifi. The host was very helpful and promptly answered all the questions we had during our stay. The only slight issue is that the elevator in the building is out of order, but the host arranged for the security staff to help us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended.

Nous avons séjourné chez Atika durant 3 semaines et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Atika est toujours disponible et à l'écoute en cas de besoin, je vous recommande fortement pour un séjour sur agadir. Le logement est à 10 min de tout en voiture. Nos filles ont même eu un cadeau de sa part.

Appartement très bien meublé, avec tout le nécessaire, très propre. Quartier un peu loin de la plage mais les taxis sont disponibles et pas cher La propriétaire très professionnelle, bienveillante et compréhensive , bien veillante nous a préparé des boissons fraiches , y avait tout le nécessaire meme plus dans le logement. Mes enfants étaient ravi des jeux de société et des livres pour enfants C etait juste parfait
