Frustratingly, this unit was cancelled the day of my move-in. Although at first I was extremely disappointed and angry, Jay met with me personally and explained what had happened. In short: I had booked the property that very morning, and around the time of the booking there was a plumbing problem in the unit that would have made it unable to be occupied. Jay showed me the pictures and was deeply apologetic about the cruelness of the timing. Unfortunately, I had booked before Jay could remove the property from the platform. I was at that moment oblivious to the details, so I escalated in a huff to AirBnB. The reason I am taking the time to leave this review for a property I actually did not occupy is to clarify to AirBnB and everyone reading that Jay has gone above and beyond in trying to make this right. He is a stand-up guy who can be trusted. It is only right that I express this in this venue. He deserves credit for that kind of professionalism. It is so rare in the industry.

My stay was highly amazing! The host was attentive and very friendly. I would’ve stayed a lot longer but the Airbnb system were having technical issues. Lovely place if you’re looking for a peace of mind, go book!!

Stella Lux was a GREAT host! The location was also gorgeous. We were in town for work, and it felt great coming home to this property. Really had a homey feel to it! Highly recommend it.

while the unit was pristine, communication with the host was very difficult. messages were read but not responded to in a timely manner, sometimes not responded to at all. the voicemail was full, so phone communication wasn't any better.

Host was extremely easy to communicate with and dealt with a minor issue quickly even at 1AM. Building was nice and the concierge was amazingly helpful and friendly.
