In the price is included access to a swimming pool（150 meters fantastic city mountain view), sauna & gym located on the rooftop, with a great view of the city. The apartment is located in one of the most modern condos in the city. Right at the entrance, you will notice advanced technology for our convenience, security guards and impressive cleanliness of that place. Access to free rooftop swimming pool, gym and sauna.

I really enjoyed the place and it was nice to stay there. If I come back to Chiang Mai then this would be a place I would stay for sure. It's close to most things and easy to get around.

A wonderful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself as well as the building amenities (pool, gym, common outdoor space) gives you a sense of luxury. The building is located close to all the action (night bazaar, old city, local markets) but, far enough to give you a break from the frenzy of the city. The host, Jia, proved to be easy to engage and responsive. I would definitely stay at Jia’s again.

It’s absolutely safe. The condo provides 24/7 CCTV and security guards.
A taxi from Chiang Mai Airport takes only 15 minutes (150 - 300 THB)

出行信息

The apartment provides great location: far from very noisy bars but just a few minutes walk away from Night Bazaar (where you can buy souvenirs, or listen to some live music and enjoy a drink), IT shopping mall, Thai massage spots, Asian and Western restaurants, including McDonald’s, Pizza etc.
Estimated walking time to:
7-eleven - 1 min
The Pizza Company - 2 min
Supermarket Big C in Pantip Plaza mall - 6 min
Night Bazaar - 7 min
ThaPae Gate (attraction) - 16 min
Wat Chedi Luang (attraction) - 25 min
You can also use GRAB (50 - 200 THB)，local Tuk Tuk taxi，or red Songthaew.
If you prefer to use your own transport, you can rent a scooter for 250 THB a day from any motorcycle rental shop. you can schedule your day trip to some attractions around Chiang Mai from streetside tour, such as Pai, Chiang Dao, Chiang Rai, Elephant trip, zipline etc. （Specific items may vary according to actual circumstances）
If you don’t feel like walking around, you can just enjoy the condo. There is a rooftop(17th) swimming pool with a great view of the city, gym and sauna (in the bathroom near the gym).
Opposite of the condo, there is a 7-11 (24 hrs) and KFC ( before 22:00)
Going farther, there is a supermarket “BigC” inside of Pantip Plaza shopping mall. There you will also find McDonald’s on the ground floor.
