This was a fabulous place for our family of four to use as a launching pad for exploring Seattle. It was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, stylishly decorated and had all the amenities. The Magnolia neighborhood was conveniently located for most area attractions and it took less than 20 minutes to get downtown. And so close to beautiful Discovery Park. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and had easy parking right in front of the house. Allen was a terrific host and communicated clearly and proactively. Thanks to his suggestion, we had a delicious breakfast at local bakery Le Petit Pierre. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his place!

We loved everything about our stay in Magnolia. We were visiting Seattle for our daughter’s wedding and related events that were in and around downtown. The location of the house was perfect for getting to downtown, as well as to Ballard and other locations around town. The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we had plenty of room to spread out in the four well-appointed bedrooms. We were travelling with two children and we very much appreciated a very clean pack and play as well as a high chair for the younger child. We did not get to spend as much time outdoors at the house as we would have liked, but the deck and the yard were lovely. We also loved everything about being in Magnolia. We were able to walk to Discovery Park every day and made great use of the playground and walking paths there. Also very close to some wonderful restaurants and markets. We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Seattle.

Amazing experience! Booking and check-in was so easy. I needed to change dates and was approved within minutes. Allen provided all information needed when we booked a few months in advance and then followed up closer to our date. He also touched base a few times during our two week stay to make sure we were doing ok and remind us of garbage day. Nothing overbearing, just right! The house was immaculate and comfortable. The basement bedrooms were much cooler than the upstairs, which was welcome during the rare heat wave we were there for. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. House was fully equipped with every appliance we needed. There were plenty of extra towels and linens. My kids enjoyed looking out at the bunnies in the yard. Will definitely try to book this house when we’re back in the area!
