Set within the 2022 Sparks Lake wildfire area, Paragon House offers a unique view into a wilderness renewing itself. Nestled in the valley beside the pristine Deadman River, Paragon House sits on what used to be our beloved log cabin homestead that was lost in the 2021 sparks lake wildfire. We chose to re invest in the area we love so much and offer a chance for guests to be a part of its rebirth - 10% of the proceeds of your stay will go towards replanting in the burn area. The deadman river runs the length of the property and there are a few riparian areas to relax and have a dip. The back of the property meets crown land and there are lots of trails to explore and hike. Property is across a 9 & 1/2’ bridge - make sure you have clearance. (We cross frequently with our 1 ton dually and gooseneck trailer - but really depends on your comfortability. Each room is temperature controlled via remote. Paragons water comes from a well that has dropped since the fire. If you run out of water please turn all taps off and let the system catch up. Please try to keep showers within 15 min, and stagger the use of multiple appliances. There is lots of extra room for additional campers or RV's - just msg me if you are looking to come with a larger party. Fire wood for the outdoor fire pit is an additional $15 for 6 rounds chopped into quarters, a bundle of kindling and paper. Campfires only permitted within local fire restrictions.
