Stayed for a week on a business trip. It was a great place to stay overall. The neighborhood is safe and there are a lot of access down the street, restaurants, two large plaza's where there is a Lucky's Supermarket, Target, Kohl's, etc. The location doesn't have A/C so when I first checked in it was a bit stuffy however opening all the windows made it better real quick and since this is the bay area the nice cool breeze from the ocean came right through. The kitchen was great, it had all the basic essentials one can need to cook. Washer and Dryer area could use some work, cobb webs and debris all around. Wifi speed is super fast and the dedicated work place is a huge plus. Bed was comfortable and the couch was great. TV has everything from Netflix, standard cable TV through Samsung, etc. Overall it was a great stay, I would book again if I ever come back in the area.

This was our second stay (since February) at Annie’s. She was wonderful with communication last month when at first her place was already booked for August. Annie told us she’d let us know if it became available again. Which in fact it did! Annie was true to her word by letting us know we could stay there again. So just like the first time we stayed: check in is so easy and the place is very private. Annie’s kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking oil, and every type of cooking utensil you would need. Everything is comfy and clean. Easiest driveway parking ever! Nice area and quiet. Very convenient to stores and highways. Hot tub, cute backyard. Annie’s place was yet again perfect for our vacation needs.

We enjoyed staying at Annie’s place. Beautifully remodeled! We loved the decor and the bonus hot tub. It felt just like home.

We had a great stay at Annie’s place. It was our home away from home for a few weeks. The hot tub was the bomb! Highly recommend.
