The place was clean and spacious just like the pictures, neighbors were respectful of the noise policies, the water heater in the main bathroom appeared to have limited capacity, other than that the place was homie and comfortable, Bladimir was responsive and helpful.

The host was very friendly! We travelled with two motorbikes, unfortunately the street there is very steep and it is not safe to keep the motorbikes outside. Our host helped us to store them, that were very kind and nice. Unfortunately 1 month ago, a family moved in and since all the levels of the house are connected (due to light and air ventilation) through open spaces we could hear literally the TV, voices and phone sounds. We have been wondering why no formal review mentioned that, and after asking the host told us that the family just moved in 1 month ago. In my understanding this isn't a private accomodation, i also mentioned that to the host. All in all he is a great person and helpful, with the information i have after i know the place i wouldn't book it again.

Nuestra estadía en este departamento fue perfecta, el apartamento está bastante equipado y muy bien decorado, lo que hace que la estancia sea agradable. Bladimir está siempre al pendiente para resolver cualquier duda o situación. La ubicación es perfecta, está en una zona tranquila, cerca de todo lo que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para estancias largas, desde una cocina totalmente equipada hasta una cómoda cama. Nuestra estancia en este departamento ha ido bastante bien, la atención y hospitalidad del anfitrión, la ubicación conveniente y las comodidades han ido a la par con nuestras necesidades ¡Altamente recomendado!
