This gorgeous property is situated on the picturesque Broadway Lake in Anderson, SC, offering 300 acres of pristine water ideal for pontoon rides, fishing, and making unforgettable memories. This tiered lot boasts an impressive 100 feet of water frontage and a private dock, complete with four kayaks (3 single and one tandem), two paddle boards, and various floats and water fun for guests to explore the lake at their leisure. Inside the house, panoramic views of the tranquil lake are the centerpiece of the living space, providing an open and bright atmosphere.

Beautiful, peaceful, and lots to do! Marvin and Angela were communicative and hospitable. Highly recommend!
Lovely little spot! Highlights were the deck with gas fire table, great hot tub, swing chairs and all the kayaks. Google maps sent us to the next street over, but Marvin was able to quickly help us. Great location on the water with a dock and concrete steps in to the water. We had a great time with the kayaks and standup paddle boards. The stairs can be a bit steep in places as others have noted.
Really amazing place to relax and enjoy family time. Love the house and amenities tons to do for all ages.
Very friendly and responsive hosts. The house has a lovely porch and big windows that showcase a beautiful view of the lake, also it’s very close to the public boat launch. Comfortable beds and great water presser in the showers. Our family had a great time fishing and really enjoyed downtown Anderson and Greenville. We’d happily recommend this place to friends and family!
Marvin and Angela's place was perfect for us! We were able to bring my mom who is in assisted living and spend the day with us while we were visiting. The hot tub and water view were great! We would definitely book again!
