Me and my family have never encountered such a complicated and hostile host - Alexa seemed very irritated when we reached out with genuine questions about the property and rules. -we arrived sooner than expected we asked if there was any possible way to get the house early since me and my family had nowhere else to wait, Alexa wanted to charge a 100$ to get in at 10am, this was going to be hours of waiting in a car for me and my family. ( there was no one else inside property) -Alexa asked for pictures of everyone’s id (including minors) -Description said 4 rooms( not true) 3 rooms and a office room -Grill was missing and when it was later taken to the house(already dirty) we were expected to clean it before turning in the house. -no access to garage. - no light in one of the rooms. Regardless, beautiful home and neighborhood. If anyone decides to rent expect the unexpected.

We stayed for a weekend and I will one thousand times choose this over a hotel. Alexa answered almost immediately whenever I would have any questions. Home was beautiful and super clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of stores and restaurants super close by definitely coming back.

The house was beautiful Inside out and the location was great. Unfortunately host has to work alot on responding, we stayed for a week and house was not prepared for us we had to contact host due multiple times. We had internet issues, there was no mop or broom, and the grill was not present. Alexa did come to give us the mop but not a broom we had to buy that, Grill was out of gas and really dirty. Also I work from home and I asked the host if i could check in 1hr-30min earlier so I could set up, i was not asking for a bid gap and they wanted to charge me $80 something that i never have an issue with other host. It was a bit uncomfortable having the host come in multiple times for the missing stuff. The listing shows a fully equipped kitchen missing alot of stuff.
