High chair and pack n play located in third bedroom closet. Linens provided for all beds. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Living area: Flatscreen tv with streaming services. Full kitchen Out door shower ** Bed sheets are included but bath & beech towel are not included.
The main reason we rented this house was to be close to Treehouse Brewery. This was our first time to Cape Cope and we really didn't know where to stay. The location was perfect for all of the day trips that we did in the surrounding area as well as a ferry trip over to Nantucket. The house was perfect four our family of 3 but can hold more. I didn't read all of the house rules so we didn't know that you had to bring your own towels. Flying in from Arizona, that wouldn't have worked out for us. Fortunately, Mike was able to remedy this error in no time so this all worked out. This may be a normal ask for the NE but it's the first time we've heard of that. Regardless, our trip was interrupted and we enjoyed walking to the Brewery and surrounding area. Everyone was very nice and the area is very peaceful. I highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed.
We were drawn to this home based on proximity to Tree House Brewery (my husband’s favorite) and the charming photos of the home. But that being said, our expectations were far exceeded by a few things. First, the home was just adorable, typical cape-esque feel. It was clean, nicely updated, private, fenced in back yard. It is a family-friendly home, with enough space including a basement offering ping pong. It is stocked with just enough of what you need. Second, you can park your car in the driveway for your stay and walk to beaches, amazing restaurants/brewery, canal. Third, unlike a lot of places on the cape, this is a little suburban neighborhood that is super friendly, lots of places to walk off main roads, and extremely quiet. Finally, Mike was a wonderful host who helped us navigate the pending “hurricane” and offered flexibility knowing we were driving from NC, and communication was prompt and helpful. We highly recommend. The worst part of the trip was having to leave!!
Our stay was absolutely perfect. We had last minute travel plans change and we scrambled to find a new place to stay. We were so fortunate to find this gem! The house is renovated and as described. There are window AC units throughout, and with them on the upper bedrooms are almost soundproof (amazing for a sleeping baby). So convenient we didn't have to bring a highchair or a pack n play. We did bring a pack n play sheet, which we needed. The house was perfectly clean, check in was a breeze using a keypad, and Mike was communicative before and during our stay. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, tools, utensils, dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Brand new washer and dryer in basement (which also had pingpong table!). Beds were very soft. Outdoor space was beautiful and private, with firepit, grill, and table for 6. Beach chairs, umbrella, firewood all in the shed. Great outdoor shower. 5 min walk to a quiet, serene beach. 100% recommend!
Mike’s house was in excellent condition and had a great feel to it. The proximity to the beach and brewery was perfect. He was very communicative and thoughtful during our stay, and we had an amazing time!
This house is in the perfect location to walk or bike to the beach, for drinks, or to dinner. You can rent bikes less than a mile away, right after a great breakfast at Cafe Chew, then bike along the canal. The beach is lovely and the neighborhood feels just like the Cape should. Everything was clean, organized and well-appointed. Mike was immediately friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond to help when needed. I would return here, for sure!!
"Located .2 miles to 2 beaches - Town Neck Beach and 1st beach, 1/2 mile walk to the end of the canal where you can enjoy miles of bike riding, less than 1/2 mile walk to Sandwich Marina where you can dine at The famous Pilot house restaurant with great outdoor entertaining, as well as Fishermans View,Seafood Sam's, and Treehouse Brewing company. Feel like dining in, then walk to the to famous fish market in the marina to cook your own daily catch. Or walk 1/2 mile away from the marina and take the kids to the ever so popular "Off the Grid" Outdoor restaurant with the biggest fire pit around. Great food trucks, and the cutest mobile bar.
Stretch your legs a bit more and walk 1 1/2 miles to Sandwich Village where you'll find an array of shops, coffee houses, wine bar,eateries, the Sandwich Grist Mill, and so much more.
Lastly, one mile The other direction from the house is Stop and Shop, ace hardware, post office, pizza shop, cafe chew (best little breakfast and lunch Eatery around), and the famous Cape cod donut truck where donuts are made to order. This is just naming a few things. So much more in the shopping area.
A car is not needed to vacation in Town Neck. "
