This spacious and modern four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in the popular family-friendly suburb of Golden Sands. Offering sumptous living areas, a well equipped stylish kitchen and ample space both indoors and out, it is the perfect family holiday retreat! A large outdoor area is ideal for entertaining alfresco and recreation abounds with many walking tracks and playgrounds in the vicinity. It is a short stroll to the beach, shops, cinema, cafes and amenities at the Excelsa Centre. The stylish master bedroom comprises a queen bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom also boasts a queen bed, the third bedroom offers two single beds and the forth has bunk beds and a single bed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FORTH BEDROOM IS LOCKED OFF IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR 6 GUESTS ONLY. The converted garage is the perfect space for some fun offering table tennis and toys. A portacot ( less linen) and a highchair make this an ideal option for young families. There are also Boogie boards and beach equipment available for guests use.

This home is great for family. Spacious and friendly to any age within the family. Feels like you're own home. Beautiful space to make memories and feel at peace. Entertainment is the highlight for my family. Very accommodating and extremely fun with the activities the house itself contains, games, tvs for movies etc Multiple spaces in the house that you can utilise. Garage, lounge, kitchen, backyard, bedrooms are all large spaces the family can use up due to the space. So peaceful. Home supplied everything we needed and more. Definitely will book again 👌

What an absolutely gorgeous house, we felt right at home instantly and didn't want to leave. Every detail was thought of and it was in a the best location, walking distance to beach, local pub and shops and a playground! Amazing communication and help when needed. Highly recommended!
