Jessica was a helpful, friendly and responsive host. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of linens. For awareness in case you didn’t catch it - this space is attached to someone’s home and you may hear talking and voices from the other side of the wall. The family was friendly, and respectful of our privacy. We parked on the street but the host family always had a space open in the driveway for us. We stayed 3 nights over thanksgiving weekend, the first two nights were quiet. The third night there was a gathering late past 11pm. However, we texted Jessica and the family immediately quieted down - we understood from Jessica that they did not realize we had made it back to the Airbnb yet. I feel like more problems in the world could be resolved if people would assume positive intent, have the courage to communicate honestly (speak up!), and give respect due to others. These values were exemplified by this family! Thank you for the stay!

Our situation was unique because we needed an extended stayed that she fully accommodated. On the first day alone, the smart tv was replaced within a couple of hours due to a faulty sensor. We took full advantage of the griddle located in the screen porch as well as the gas grill on the lower deck. The fire pit was great for s’mores and the kids loved their backyard trampoline. I relaxed in the hammocks under the trees in the afternoons. The neighborhood park is a comfortable walk away with a sand volleyball court which my daughter loved and the city park is a short drive if you don’t feel like walking. The neighborhood is safe and has local family feel when walking the sidewalks in the mornings. Jessica’s family is warm and welcoming while maintaining respectful privacy. All of the amenities were provided during our stay. I have no negatives. I would highly recommend a stay here. 10/10
