We had a lovely restful weekend at Doug’s place. It was peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. Doug was helpful and welcoming and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed looking around the submarine and had a lovely walk on the beach. The hot tub was lovely and The bed was incredibly comfortable!! Thank you.

Doug was so kind and accommodated us at the last min after another host cancelled on us. He was super friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay! We had travelled for the solar eclipse and the area did not disappoint! The weather was perfect and we really liked port burwell. I 100% recommend Doug’s place!

Douglas was a helpful host. But the amenities he put in the advertisement weren't the same as the reality, and the photos aren't reflecting the reality. If I saw this house with my own eyes, I wouldn't rent it. Only the hot tub was good. I had to wash my glasses in the washroom sink. The bathtub was very small and there was a warning saying "Don't splash water" because the floor was wood!! Even he said "No need to shower because you have a hot tub", which is weird. It says there is a kitchen, but there isn't, and he suggested I cook my eggs in the microwave. Then, when I insisted on the kitchen, he reluctantly had to open his kitchen. The main room is darker than I saw in the photos as well. I don't recommend this place to my friends, sorry.
