Perfect location for visiting Zion. Beds were really comfortable. No issues whatsoever.

Positives: loved location on top of hill; clean; lovely views; great access to our wedding venue; lots of bath towels; fast, reliable internet; very comfortable beds/pillows/linens; cozy; early check-in (so helpful, thank-you) Needs improvement: no kitchen trash can; only two mugs for six people; a Keurig coffeemaker unexpectedly with no coffee; couldn’t find linens for the couch bed; no hair dryer (but was listed); nowhere to hang our wedding clothes — no closet, or any kind of clothes-hanging bar; no place to lay out suitcases except floor (no dressers of any kind); no access to indoor temperature control (I had to wear a coat to bed); two half rolls of toilet paper (we had to buy our own); very slow response to distress text about freezing (we were apparently supposed to message someone else); confusing entry instructions (lockbox info in some places still listed; and then keyless entry instructions elsewhere) If these things were fixed, no reason not to stay there again.

The lock at check in was difficult & would jam, took us 5 minutes of wiggiling the door to get the lock to stop jamming & unlock. There was no battery in the remote for the heater at check in, so we froze the first night. A battery was provided next day, however they entered without our consent. No trash can in kitchen. Only the bedroom was able to be heated, so the rest of the house was freezing & a poorly insulated garage add on. We could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring unit, which was a bit frightening for the first night. Would have been a good stay if we had had heat, the door lock functioned properly, a kitchen trash was provided, & they had not entered while we were not there. They were very responsive about the lack of heat & acted on it within 12 hours. There kitchen cutlery was also largely lacking, with only 1 knife.

Pros: Good location, nice view, was quiet even though people are staying next door. The building seems to be split into like 3 or 4 airbnbs with different entrances for each. Cons:Photos are slightly deceiving, much smaller in person. There was no trash can, the cooktop was broken, you have a long list of things you have to do to clean the place but are still charged a large cleaning fee.
