You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Come and enjoy staying on our small holding in a little hamlet with a pub and village shop and on a bus route. Wake up to the sound of doves cooing and a stream flowing by. if you fancy a stroll you are welcome to walk around our gardens and a couple of small lakes teaming with wildlife. The bedroom is within our barn and has a TV , tea and coffee making facilities , small ensuite bathroom/ shower. Continental breakfast is included .

Not far of the main road and a rural location. Nice to have a continental breakfast each day and nice room and comfortable. Also appreciated the small upgrade to a larger room. Thanks.

Lesley and her husband are lovely, great hosts!! The room was very good, and their property is very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful, I strongly recommend and wherever I have to opportunity to go back to Cornwall, I will definitely stay with them again.

Quiet countryside with a local pub and village shop , beautiful sandy beaches 3 miles away. 2 Historical harbours 3 miles. close to Heligan gardens . we offer continental breakfast but full English breakfast is served at Griggs which is a 5 minute walk away.

A car is ideal for exploring the many local beautiful beaches and coastline. St Austell station is 2 miles and there is a local bus service no.27 that is 7 minutes walk away. Local taxis are available.
