On the lower floor are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom/toilet, a hallway with a staircase and a chamber. The upper floor consists of a 50sqm living room with dining area and sofa suite. Equipped with 50 inch UHD Samsung Smart TV with Airplay, Netflix App and Sony bluetooth Soundbar. One person can sleep here. The living room has no blackout. The bedrooms have ample closets and chests of drawers. Bedroom 2 is at the back and is very quiet. It has a king size bed and a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV. Bedroom 1 faces south on the boulevard. It also has a king size bed. Normally you can sleep with the window open until the first shops get their goods delivered in the morning. The entire property can accommodate up to 5 adults and one infant. The apartment is in the pedestrian zone. When you hand over the key, you can receive a parking ticket for an underground car park nearby .
