We were in town for a family wedding. The accommodations were perfect for our needs as it was easy to find and very close to downtown Macon where all of our festivities were located. When we first arrived, we needed some assistance for entry and Jan was there within about two minutes after we contacted her. The place was very clean and neat and we were quite comfortable and felt safe here. This far exceeds going to a hotel any day! If you are smart, you will stay here if it is possible! Thanks Jan for a great place to be while away from home.

Our return visit to Jan's Ginkgo Guest House was just as delightful as the first time. The charming cottage provided the same cozy and private atmosphere we fondly remembered. This little haven, equipped with all the comforts of home, proved to be an ideal setting for hosting an intimate Thanksgiving dinner celebration away from home. The kitchen, generously sized, with a gas stove and oven, was perfect for preparing a substantial feast. The provided pots, pans, and dishware eliminated the need to bring a whole lot of cookware with us, adding to the convenience. The space itself exuded cleanliness and charm, illuminated by ample natural light from the windows. The comfortable beds, abundant closet space for luggage storage, and the inclusion of a washer and dryer further solidified this spot as the perfect home away from home. Despite its proximity to a main street, there was with minimal traffic noise, creating a secure and tranquil environment for our stay.

Jan's place was super cute and very clean! Excellent location - beautiful neighborhood and super close to downtown. Highly recommend when visiting Macon.

We had a great week-long stay at Jan’s Airbnb. She’s a responsive and friendly host. The apartment is very attractive, as well as comfortable and well stocked. We are sure that anyone who selects her place will be delighted with their choice. We felt very lucky to find Jan’s Airbnb!
