Έμεινα στο διαμέρισμα τους τελευταίους 2 μήνες. Το είχα κλείσει για να μείνω 5 μήνες αλλά όταν ζήτησα από τον ιδιοκτήτη,η οποία ζει εκτός Ταϊλάνδης ,ένα έγγραφο Τ30 για την βίζα μου ,το οποίο όλοι οι ιδιοκτήτες πρέπει να το δώσουν μου είπε.....όχι δεν στο δίνω ,φύγε από το διαμέρισμα και βρες άλλον ιδιοκτήτη να σου το δώσει......και έφυγα. Τώρα το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο και θα πρέπει να υπολογίσετε 100-150 $ τον μήνα επιπλέον για μετακίνηση. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς έξω από το BTS σε ήσυχη περιοχή με μια μεγάλη φθηνή αγορά όπου βρίσκεις τα πάντα φθηνά. Η πισίνα υπέροχη και το μικρό γυμναστήριο,τα απόλαυσα. Τέλος θα πρέπει να αναφέρω ότι υπάρχει πάντα στην Διάθεση σας η Alice για να σας βοηθήσει άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστείτε. εγώ μόλις έφθασα ζήτησα να βρεθεί λύση για τον θόρυβο στο ένα αιρ κοντισιον και να υπάρχει Netflix στην tv.....αμέσως έγιναν. Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ Alice σε αγαπάω ,ελπίζω να συναντηθούμε ξανά όταν ξαναγυρίσω. Μην το χάσετε όσοι ενδιαφέρεστε για διαμονή μεγάλης διάρκειας

This condo's location is very convenient for long stay in Bangkok Udom Suk has everything you need at foot steps and is street food heaven.

Overall it was a good place to stay, but there were a few things what went wrong : 1. Check-in. The keys from the apartment are in the mailbox, but the mailbox is inside, behind the doors that can be only opened from inside or by card, which is in the mailbox, so you cannot get in without the help of the third person. You need to sneak into the building when someone is going out and it's hard to do it on a late evening. That's it's totally wrong. 2. The apartment was not 100% clean when we arrived, there was some dust, things in the trash bin, and hairs on the pillows and sheets. 3. One day there was no electricity because host didn't pay the electricity at the time. The area is pretty ok, close to BTS station and few foods stop around. Nice swimming pool but I don't' understand why it's directed to the east side, instead of west side for better views. On the east side, you have literally nothing when on the west side you have a view for the Bangkok center and sunset. Poor gym.

Merlisa, you are the best) I’m so glad my parents have spent their vacation in your apartments. Beautiful house, great host, nice location ( especially if you know what you are booking and know Bkk even a little bit). I recommend it for anyone who wants visit the capital and enter great time here! Thanx a lot 💯❤️
