Beautiful unit! Plenty of space. A bit of a hike to get to the ocean. Be aware that there will be a timeshare representative with whom you must check-in. We were instructed to tell the rep that we were guests of the owner (not that we were here from Airbnb). The rep then assumed we knew the owner and were from the owner's city. Asking us about the owner of the unit. The rep will also try to get you to sit in on a 90 minute presentation to get you to invest in the Holiday Inn Vacation Club. I wish we had known who the owner was going into this so we could have prepared a little; especially after a long day of travel.

I am reluctant to leave a review because I don’t want everyone to know about this gem! It was a great stay for my family. My son told me we need to come back every summer. The pool was not crowded and we loved the lazy river and water slide. The poolside restaurant was fantastic! The beach was also not crowded and the water was refreshing. We enjoyed watching all the cruise ships leave. And we were able to catch a rocket launch! Definitely recommend this place especially for families. Thanks!

This was a great place to stay. Everything was as listed. The pool and lazy river were fabulous. The unit is not right on the water, but there is an ocean view. Getting to the beach was easy via a moderate walk or short shuttle ride and brief walk over the dunes. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up and available to rent for $20/day. There are only two drawbacks to this rental, and these are no fault of the host. First, there are no lifeguards at the pools. Maybe that is the norm for such places, but it would have been nice because the kids are often out of sight while in the lazy river. Second, it is like a hotel in that there is absolutely nothing in the unit other than the basic (but adequate for us) kitchenware. No deck of cards, no books, no sand toys or beach chairs. We spent $20 to buy some sand toys, which is fine, except they are probably now in a landfill rather than there for the next guests who will probably be doing the same thing. Overall, this is a place I would return to or recommend to friends.

Our room was really clean, extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. We had such a nice time. And while the room was terrific, the pool, lazy river and slide were a huge hit with our kids. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting the space coast.
