I had the privilege to stay a weekend at this Flower Bell Guest House and I must say I was impressed by the experience, especially by authenticity of the village and local people. The cabin is quite big, with numerous bedrooms and even though I came alone, Aurica made sure to heat all of them so I can choose whatever room I want. I've got the rest I needed in the beautiful silence of the secluded village that has been preserved by the kind, hard working locals.

If you're searching for an out-of-the-way, peaceful location, this is a great option. There are hills around the valley that you can hike all over without impediment. The village itself is very quiet, and there is no light pollution, so we were able to do some light stargazing and astrophotography from the balcony. The house itself is very warm, the beds are comfortable, and all 3 rooms have a fully equipped and modern ensuite. One thing to note is that the kitchen is not on the same floor as the living space. You have to walk outside and down the stairs to enter the kitchen. This wasn't a problem for us, but it may be an issue if it's winter and there's snow/ice on the ground. The hosts were lovely people. Very friendly and welcoming, and they welcomed us with a plate of pastries and a jug of the fantastic local spirit (which is by no means a weak drink - take care not to overindulge!). I would very much recommend staying here.

Cute guesthouse in a beautiful location. a bit hard to find but once we got there the host was very attentive, she gave us home made cookies and țuică :) Overall very pleasant stay, thank you!
