L’appartamento è molto bello e in ottima posizione, è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza. Lo staff cordiale e a sempre a disposizione.

Un appartamento carino, moderno e abbastanza spazioso ma con delle cose da migliorare. L'appartamento si situa nel centro storico di Ostuni che dista circa 3 km dalla stazione non percorribile a piedi, ci sono bus e taxi che in circa 10 minuti portano nel centro storico. Purtroppo la nostra permanenza al Poesia Bianca non é stata delle migliori, in quanto questo annuncio non riflette l'attuale appartamento. Nell'appartamento NON é PRESENTE la sauna come indicato, che invece é stata sostituita da una jacuzzi interna (e non sul terrazzo come da foto). Il motivo per il quale abbiamo scelto questo appartamento era PRINCIPALMENTE per la presenza della sauna finlandese, siamo rimaste davvero deluse non trovandola. Dopo aver parlato con l'host ci é stato detto che avremmo potuto usurfluire di uno sconto, ma non abbiamo ancora ricevuto notizie al riguardo. Data la presenza di una jacuzzi in una cameretta senza finestra, consiglierei di aggiungere dei deumidificatori (l'appartamento puzzava di umido e muffa). La cucina include una macchinetta del caffé ma é stata fornita solo UNA cialda per due persone (forse sarebbe stato meglio se non fosse presente affatto - come soluzione l'host ci ha offerto del caffé da un bar nei pressi). La colazione é servita in un appartamento a circa 5 minuti da Poesia Bianca e include caffetteria e cibo preconfezionato (fette biscottate, biscotti, pancarré, confettura). Non eccezionale ma ok. Infine, concordo con le altre recensioni riguardo al bagno e alla mancanza di privacy se si soggiorna con amici/adulti in coppia data la porta/muro in vetro del bagno (si intravede e sente tutto!!!). L'appartamento non vale il costo e vi prego di aggiornare l'annuncio.

Abbiamo trascorso qui una piacevole serata, la casa è vicina al centro che si raggiunge a piedi facilmente. L’ambiente è curato e ci hanno lasciato anche la colazione, tutte le nostre richieste per il check in e check out sono state accolte con estrema disponibilità.

This flat isn't good value for money at all. I booked this place because we were on our honeymoon and I wanted to have some luxury on our trip and this looked great in the pictures. The reality was that when we arrived there was no hot water in the shower, we only had been given one towel between us, the hot tub wasn't filled or heated and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on (turns out on further investigation it was broken. The slats in the middle of the bed were broken so there was a dip in the middle which meant you rolled into each other in the night, also the mattress was horribly soft). I was disappointed to say the least. The hosts were ok but it took them until the next day to fix the shower and bring us more towels, on a 2 night trip time is valuable! We arrived in the evening and wanted to use the hot tub immediately but it took hours to fill and heat up, again on a 2 day trip this sucked the enjoyment out of this amenity. Also I would say despite being a 2 bed apartment there is only one bathroom which is right next to one of the beds which has a glass wall and door, I'm glad I wasn't staying there with 4 people as using a pretty much entirely public bathroom and toilet is disruptive, intimate and unpleasant experience for all! It wasn't particularity romantic either... All in all, this apartment could do with some improvements or the cost lowering or ideally both. We were on a 2 week trip in Italy and this was one of the places I was looking forward to the most, but was one of the worst places we stayed in the end. It left a bad taste in my mouth that it cost so much for the little enjoyment and annoyances it actually provided us.
