It was quite difficult to review. The actual property was disappointing in many respects. It was not a secure property as there was no gate and anyone could just walk into the garden and pool area - and someone actually did. We were burgled the first night, we were warned that this had happened so we had taken all valuables out to dinner with us, but all our stuff had been gone through which was very upsetting. There was no outdoor chill area which was odd and the inside lounge space was not great for more than 2 people. The pool was lovely and the kitchen had everything you needed. HOWEVER Tom who is managing the property was fabulous. He organised a security guard every time we went out - who was super nice. He found some sofas for us so we could actually sit outside at night. He recommended some great beaches far from the madding crowd, and was just a great guy. Whilst I wouldn't come back to this house, I would use Ibiza Villas 2000

This villa is exactly what a large group going to Ibiza needs. Our stay was fantastic, lots of time to enjoy the Villa around the pool. Inside is very spacious too. Everything and more than we were thinking. A return trip will definitely be on the cards 👍

A beautiful villa well equipped for large groups. We had a mixed group of 16 adults (all 40 somethings) and we had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The pool and outside area was stunning and we were able to spend all of our time lazing comfortably in the sun with the many loungers, chairs and parasols. The pool was clean and warm and suited those less confident in water as well as those who liked to get a a few lengths in in the morning (it was shallow at one end but very deep at the other) It was big enough for q good number of us to all be in at the same time - great for jumping in etc. The bedrooms were comfortable although varied in size quite substantially - my fiance and I had the master room with the balcony and this was particularly spacious. Air conditioning worked really well and the bath and shower were lovely. In the kitchen there was more than enough equipment - we were able to prepare, cook and serve meals for 16 with no problem at all, the large fridge freezer and additional chest freezer really helped. The dishwasher came in very handy and we had plenty of glasses and mugs, cutlery, plates, bowls etc - in fact I have never seen so many all in one space! Marc met us at the villa and talked us through everything we needed to do and was just at the end of a text or a call when we had a question or wanted help with something. We didn't hire cars but we would want to next time - there is no shop or bar or restaurant within walking distance and while booking a taxi to go out from the villa was easy and reliable, trying to get home from other places was quite challenging at times. We did 4 days and a morning and we can't wait to go back - we would certainly look for accommodation through IbizaVillas2000 again if returning with a smaller group but we are also VERY tempted to return to this villa again as it was so perfect for us! We would highly recommend the villa!
