Nous avons passé un très bon week end en toute intimité. Le logement est bien situé, calme. Le petit déjeuner est bien composé. C est une bonne adresse pour déconnecter.

Venus de Guadeloupe passer un long week-end avec notre garçon de 2 ans, nous avions repéré cette nouvelle adresse dans un quartier calme et idéalement placé pour notre programme: Pinel, Anse-Marcel, Orient-Bay et autres commerces et excellents restos à 2 pas ! De bons petits-dej au bord de la piscine, ventilé, vue mer et montagne, moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Tout est tout neuf, propre et bien décoré, un bon plan qu’on recommande à 200 % ! Et surtout parce qu’en plus d’avoir un cadre des plus confortables, nous avons aussi eu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Cyril et Marie-Julie et de leur petite famille qui ont fait le maximum pour que nous passions le meilleur séjour possible. Nous reviendrons dès que possible profiter de la vie, la vue, la villa !

I stayed at Villa JWI LAVI for ten days in March. The property is very nice. It is very tastefully decorated, it is clean, and it has a light and airy feel to it. I also felt quite safe there - this is an important “amenity” as a female traveling to a foreign country. There is a lock in the front of the property with motion lighting, and motion lighting in the exterior hallway where the rental units are. And there is also parking for a rental car at the front of the property. Cyril and Marie Julie were both lovely hosts. They are warm, friendly and accommodating, and they were very happy to share tips and recommendations regarding the island of Saint Martin, and the surrounding areas throughout my stay. The only thing that was unexpected to me upon arrival, was that Cyril and Marie Julie (and their two young children) were living in the common areas of the property. And although they are all very lovely and very welcoming, it did make for use of these areas (and the pool) a bit uncomfortable since this was their living space. But not to worry, this is a temporary thing, and Cyril and Marie Julie may have already moved into their new dwelling by the time you read this, so it more than likely won’t effect future guests :) that being said, I would happily stay at Villa JWI LAVI again, and I would recommend it to you too!
