The property Casa Karina is a gem. The views are magnificent from the Terrace, and you can lounge, swim, and grill while you enjoy the city views and nature. The home's design and unique features make it a unique property. Andres was a superhost in many ways, so responsive and friendly.

Great looking house - traditional elements with a modern take - how we like it. Feels roomy/airy with very tasteful decor. Just about the only negative is that the floors are very squeaky (beautiful old, wide wood planks). It was just me and my wife, so we didnt mind. Location is at the very end of an alley (it's a bit of a climb), so it's very quiet - no traffic, no animals, no neighbors. It's an easy 5-10m walk to just about everything, and even closer to a lovely, big park, so great location. The pool in the ceiling/rooftop is certainly unusual, but also serves as a great skylight for letting in plenty of daylight. Rooftop has fantastic views and a nice sitting area for just hanging out - my only wish would be for more shade. There was one parasol over by the pool, but it was limited and not great in windy conditions. Overall we just loved this place and are looking forward to coming back. Cherry on top - Andres was amazingly responsive.
