I recently stayed a month with my friend at Mercedes’s Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with the metro close by, making it easy to explore the city. Supermarkets, pastry shops, and cafés are all within walking distance. The apartment is well-equipped, allowing for easy home-cooked meals. The separate bedrooms with individual TVs made it comfortable to stay with a friend. The heating system kept us warm in November, and the common garden area was a nice touch. The inclusion of a washing machine and iron was very useful. While the towels and bedsheets could use an update, they were clean. The bathroom and toilet separation was a convenient feature. The noise from the railway was noticeable at first night but became easy to ignore very fast. Overall, it's a great spot for a long-term stay in Paris. I'd recommend it for its convenience and comfort.

Lovely and local spot. Not surrounded by tourists. Great links on the metro lines 6,8 and 14. The outdoor space is very nice to be when the weather is good. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Mercedes is a great host and very responsive.

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the 12th - close to 3 Metro stops. Nice desk area in largest bedroom for working from home in addition to an oversized closet. 2nd bedroom had no closet but a nicely sized dresser (which was not pictured at the time we rented, but a welcome addition). Kitchen: nicely equipped, however, the stovetop is very small and doesn't fit 2 pans at once. We ended up purchasing a few small items for the kitchen - oven mitts, food storage containers, and dishcloths - which we left for future guests to use. No basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, or pepper. Fridge: small but adequate, however, the freezer was not working during our stay. Brand new gray couch in the living area was comfortable! Shower: massive rain head in addition to a removeable one-very nice! Garden area outside was lovely. Washing machine works well - laundromat just around the corner has dryers that are amazing (1.50 for 10 min and clothes are dry!) Overall a great place to stay in Paris!!

Tout était parfait même si nous avons du écourter notre séjour pour raisons personnelles. Le seul hic est le passage des trains la nuit, pour une des chambres

Logement largement dégradé par rapport aux photos. Moisissure dans tous les coins de la pièce, canapé proprement défoncé, pièce à vivre humide et étriquée, draps de lits brunâtre et troués, sombre et littéralement situé sous les rails de la Gare de Bercy. J'ajoute également que la table de la cuisine est le seul endroit où nous puissions poser quelque chose. Ni porte-manteau, ni bibliothèque ni étagère à disposition. Deux mois, c'est très long dans ces conditions-là. Merci toutefois à la propriétaire qui, n'ayant pas vu son logement depuis plusieurs années, nous a accordé une remise de 25%.
