The place was very hard to find even while texting the owners! Location is beautiful with amazing views. We were grateful for the pantry items in the kitchen. A couple of minor additions to the kitchen would be helpful: lids to fit the pans, a spatula, and a wooden spoon. The burners on the gas range are a little touchy and there is no real simmer setting. But we managed and cooked in many meals. We would recommend this highly and feel it was absolutely worth every penny. Be aware that the shower is tricky but there is enough hot water.

Spędziliśmy w apartamencie dwa tygodnie. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Apartament ma nieprawdopodobny widok na jezioro, lokalizacja pozwala na spacery do miasteczka i jest wygodna w sensie eksploracji okolicznych miasteczek i Umbrii. Dom jest dość chłodny, zacieniony - wiec podczas gorącego lata to na pewno atut, my byliśmy na przełomie kwietnia/maja, pogoda była zdecydowanie w kratkę - na szczęście można się dogrzewać paląc w kozie ( działa tez ogrzewanie centralne ) Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, który szybko reaguje i jest bardzo pomocny. Apartament jest odpowiednio wyposażony raczej posiada wszystko - co mogłoby być potrzebne. Jedyne czego nam „zabrakło” to kieliszki do wina 😉

La casa non ha deluso le aspettative alte che avevamo. Un soggiorno illuminato da quella vetrata che porta a quella splendida veranda sul lago. Camera da letto spaziosa e letto comodissimo, menzione a parte per i cuscini super confortevoli. Gabriele è stato un host disponibile, presente ma non invadente. La casa è stata dotata di tutto ciò che serviva per la colazione, per pranzo o cena. Eccetto i prodotti per l'igiene personale per il resto c'era davvero tutto. Insomma è stato un soggiorno fantastico.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this property. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of storage in the double bedrooms and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. Little welcome touches made us feel welcome, and the host Gabriele was prompt to reply to our messages, friendly and generally very helpful and approachable. As there were around 15 degrees in early April when we went to Piediluco, we enjoyed both the stove and the fireplace. Once we even grilled some excellent local meat on it. The highlight of this property is of course the incredible view, the vast veranda and the outdoor space on the side of the property. When it comes to location, this is one of the best properties in the area and we found it to be relatively value for money compared to the local market for that week of the year. I recommended it to some friends from Tuscany and I would recommend it to anyone else. Thank you Gabriele for a wonderful stay. IT: la casa gestita da Gabriele e' spaziosa, ha tutte le comodita' e i letti sono comodi. Ho molto apprezzato piccoli gesti di benvenuto e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Ai primi di Aprile era ancora freddino quindi abbiamo usato sia la stufa a pellet che il camino, che hanno reso la casa molto calda e accogliente. Una sera abbiamo arrostito anche dell'ottima carne sul camino. Gabriele e' un ottimo gestore, ha risposto velocemente e cortesemente ai nostri messaggi ed e' stato un piacere essere suoi ospiti. Il punto di forza dell'alloggio e' l'ampia veranda pranzabile con una vista incredibile sul lago e la terrazza al lato della villetta, che immagino essere fresca d'estate. Ho gia' raccomandato questo alloggio a dei nostri amici Toscani e la raccomando a chiunque altro. Grazie Gabriele per una splendida permanenza a Piediluco.
