Pros: - Great location, easy to walk and parking (while cramped) was accessible and convenient - Property was clean and had fast wifi which was nice Cons: - We ran into a problem finding a roach in our breakfast pastries left out on the counter for the following morning. I let the host know and they had agreed to stop by and spray the property while we were out the following day, but that unfortunately never occurred. - There is a lot of construction happening next door which was extremely loud throughout our entire stay, which was out of the hosts' control but did lead to some frustration while working remote from the property. - The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud throughout our stay, including playing music at 5am some mornings which woke us up as the walls are pretty thin - The kitchen had pretty sparse utensils and appliances, just something to consider if you plan on cooking here.
Easy walk to Balboa Park and Little Italy. Definitely will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was super comfy and everything was nice and clean! At the moment, they have a lot of construction going on around the air bnb, we just needed a heads up for that and you get used to the planes. Other than that, great location and cute coffee spots at walkable distance, we’d definitely come back ☺️
