I met Ann when she picked me up at the train station. It was raining so a ride was really nice! Her place was a full sized bedroom and living room and bath. It was very comfortable and felt like home. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk. The town had many restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc. everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious suite in a lovely spot! This was an overflow accommodation for us while visiting family in Katonah - Ann was very gracious about our late arrival and the place had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. Thank you!

This was my second stay at Ann’s place and, again, it did not disappoint. It was warm, cozy and comfortable. Ann is proactive in her communications. Location is perfect and walkable to downtown Katonah.
