J’ai passer un agréable séjour dans cette maison, bon emplacement , quartier calme. La maison dans l’ensemble correspondais bien au photo , hôte toujours réactif à nos besoins. Juste les fauteuils du salon à renouveler. Merci

Sandra’s place is just as it was described. It’s only 5 to 6 minutes walk to subway station . She was very nice to allow us for late check out. There is a big shopping mall just 20 minutes walk from her place , Aldi is also around 10 minutes walk

I stayed at Sandra’s place for four months. The location is good, quiet neighborhood. There are few shops nearby. Sandra is a great host. She responded promptly on whatever I needed during my stay. Regarding the apartment, I must say that it is a bit old and needs some renovation. Beside that, please be aware that the entrance to the apartment is narrow, including several stairs. In adidtion, I want to express my sincere gratitude for Winston, the gentleman that lives in the first floor. He is such a great person, and showed willingness to help us anytime. Overall, I suggest Sandra’s place if you need to be in this part of the Bronx.

I am from the area and was between places. My adult daughter, and I stayed for several months. This is a second floor apartment in a multi family walk up. The exterior and common areas of this private home are kept in pristine condition. All of the neighbors are very quiet, my daughter and I often joked that you would think no one lived there. The washer and dryer in the basement were a huge reason we booked this place. Very convenient and we never once had to wait for the washer or dryer. The gentleman Winston whi lives downstairs is very friendly and even more helpful anytime I had questions or needed recommendations. The apartment is very spacious with lots of storage. Overall the place is perhaps overdue for some renovation, and definitely needs to be rewired. But anytime anything needed to be repaired, the host was proactive and took care of it right away, often in the same day. The area was just what I needed while I was in between places. It’s a short walk to the five train Gun Hill station.
