This place is nothing short of spectacular. Extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean - and every bedroom has its own attached bathroom! Perfect for a group stay in the heart of Edinburgh. We were a large group in Edinburgh for a wedding and this flat could not have been more perfect. Would 100% stay here again!

Pros An impressive house; beautiful, easy for guests to access as they please, ideal location (we walked everywhere), comfortable beds. Ensuite in all rooms which is amazing for multiple couples. Parking outside the house (pay and display/ringo app). Host responsive and apologetic to below issues which I think, based on other reviews, we were just unfortunate to experience. Cons Delay getting into the house at first as the access code needed to be reset. The house hadn’t been cleaned at all on arrival (seemed to be a fluke fault of the cleaning company). We felt very lucky the cleaners were able to rectify the issue at short notice on a Friday evening but it did impact our stay considerably, esp first night. Kitchen had only 1 large pan and limited workspace for 10 people. Overall the space is due some TLC in my opinion. Worth noting that the noise from the road at the front of the house is considerable. Overall would recommend this space for a great stay in Edinburgh, thank you
