When you're an Airbnb host yourself, it's always interesting to be a guest for a change. And when the Airbnb you're staying in is as good as Alix and Fi's, it's a pleasure to recommend both the place and the hosts who were absolutely lovely. Alix and Fi's Airbnb is modern and stylish with a smart and well stocked kitchen (cooktop and microwave, no oven) for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is small but luxurious and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower were good quality and lovely to use. There is an air conditioner/heat pump. Located in Fitzroy, the Airbnb was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants (Industry Beans was my favourite ), and I was able to walk to Collingwood, Carlton, the Fitzroy Gardens and into the CBD. One point to note is that the Airbnb is in a laneway and is the only property accessed from the lane and so I always made a point of leaving the outside light on when heading out for the evening.

Such a lovely space, walkable to bars, restaurants, shopping and the tram. Well-kept and clean. A very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Great studio space for a couple visiting Melbourne. Bright and clean with easy access. Fiona and Alexandra were quick to respond. Easy walk to the shops and cafes of Fitzroy as well as nearby tram stops giving quick access to the CBD. Would happily recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the location was perfect with it being so close to the main tram routes we needed, and within walking distance to so many great cafes, restaurants and shops. The airbnb itself had everything we needed and more. The studio is super clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. It was clear a lot of thought and care is put into it by our hosts and we would 100% stay again!
