Julien is very friendly, helpful and knows the area very well. It is only a few minutes from quaint downtown Sutton or to Mount Sutton. We also did a local hike in the woods. Beautiful area! The house is comfy and shared, but we barely ran into the other guests. We went for the eclipse and it was perfect.

Quiet and cozy, perfect place when you've had a full day of skiing. Just 10 minutes to the village and the hill!
