On the north side stands the ancient settlement of Civitella dei Conti that once belonged to the Monastery of St. Peter and is visible for miles around. Historical maps show houses that belonged to the estate included Farmhouse Santa Maria.

To the south of the valley a walk through fields, woods and across a river leads to the foot of Rotecastello.
This picturesque fortress, with its own watch tower, is quoted in a land register of 1292 but in fact the place has been inhabited since Etruscan times and became, in the Middle Ages, a fortified castle in the hands of the Ghibelline family.

自我介绍
I was born in Rome but Umbrian origins. I am architect, artist and iconographer. After working in Bofill's Taller de Arquitectura in Barcelona and a trip to the Sahara desert I finally cut the umbilical cord with Rome and felt free to choose where to live. With Daniel we got married in Medugorije and ended up here in Umbria, here my sons were born, and here we realized our vocation to receive people and discover the wonderful world that we live!
